Almost all of them from ATI or Nvidea.
Make sure it has a S-Video out.

A computer still makes a rather poor DVD player. Expensive cards and adapters are needed for progressive 480p DVD playback or HDTV.

    TowerNS:

It helps to fill out a computer profile for users to read, in answering your questions. Although the Radeon 9xxx AiW videocards are "said" to work on rigs running @ 700 mhz or less, optimal playback of DVD's through your monitor will show dropped/distorted frames and choppy audio when processed at less than 900 mhz. If you choose to play DVD's through the "TV-out" (A/V out adapter on the Radeon cards), you will need an S-video in-jack or composite video (RCA) in-jacks on the back of your TV to enable PC-to-TV viewing. The digitized signal sent by a vid card to the monitor can't be recognized by a TV. That signal has to be sent in analog through an A/V out jack on the back of the card (via an adapter which you get with the Radeon All in Wonder).
