    Hello are there any free converters you know of that will conver Windows Media Video files to SVCD? If there are no free, you can list pay programs to.

    VSO DivxToDVD says it can, but I have never tried it. The older freeware version is also available, unknown if it can do the conversion. WinAVI is another that says it can. It's payware, but has a trial version. SVCD is not used as much lately, as DVD burners have gotten cheaper. You may have to do the conversion with more than one tool.
