I've got a .bin file which I wish to burn. I've made a .cue file in notepad, but when Nero tries to burn the data, it says the the total size exceeds the capacity of the CD. I've enabled overburn but to no avail. If i burn the data directly (ie not using a cuesheet) then it fits fine onto the same CD. I need to use the .cue as I want the CD to auto-boot when I switch on my PC. How do I know if I'm creating the .cue file correctly?
BTW I've tried Fireburner (which can't even see the .cue) and Discjuggler (which has the "start" button greyed out, so I cannot start the burn process.) Any help is appreciated.

There is a free program called CUEATOR which will create the .cue automatically. Try Google, I'm sorry I can't get you the link but I am @ work...
