    i have a quicktime movie that i got off the net, and i want to take the audio and canvert it to Mp3 or wav or basically anthing else i can put into iTunes. (if of this kid playing the while my guitar gently weeps on ukelele)

    mplayer.exe -ao pcm:file=output.wav -vo null -vc dummy input.mov

    For some quicktime files it will require extra qt codecs.

    If you have Quicktime Pro, go EDIT - EXTRAC TRACKS, choose the audio track, then do EXPORT and export to wav.
