    I have a XMS 888 player. I have xvid video files whih I need to check to see if they are compatible on the player. Well apart from burning it to dvdrw and checking it. Is there a tool which tells me the codec and the subsettings used for the codec like for example GMC, Qpel and stuff?

    Are u sure it give information like if the Video is encoded with Qpel and GMC, where do I find this info? I have used it previously but dont know where to look thanks
