Conversion Error

I'm converting an AVI to M2V using TMPGEnc. I used this AVS file:

AVISource("file.avi",false)
LanczosResize(720,480)

After it finished converting, I played back the M2V but a minute after it started, the video was replaced by a black screen with this red error message at the top throughout the rest of the M2V.

Avisynth: caught an access violation at 0x020d2e36, attempting to read from 0x09480000

I have converted the same file successfully the day before yesterday. I'm merely reconverting at a lower bitrate so I can fit something else onto the DVD. The only difference in settings was that in the Quantize Matrix setting, I used MPEG standard instead of the one I used last time CG/Animation.
