    What brand of dvd+r is mostly compatitable for this stand alone dvd recorder?

    This is a Cyberhome unit.
    Known to be picky and generally not so hot.
    Not a very good machine, the "05" ILO clones.

    So that means Maxell is not good for it? Cause I have a lot of maxell dvd+r......... Bought at walmart

    Maxell does not make DVD+RW or DVD+R media.
    They use RICOH and others.

    But will it be compatitable with ilo dvd05? Cause if it doesn't then I'll have to return the dvd+r

    I know that I saw Ritek on the list, but just to make sure. Is this ritek disc compatiable?
