Heyas, hopefully this is the right section for this.
I've started a small little business creating my own DVDs from other people's home videos and although encrypted .VOB files can be decrypted and copied easier than setting the time on a VCR, I'm still interested in encrypting the dvds I make to at least "try" to keep my work from being copied and losing money from it but I can't seem to find any programs to ADD css encryption to vob files. Anyone know how to do this or even IF it can be done on a home PC ?
Thanks

You CANNOT add CSS encryption to a DVDR, period. This question has been asked so many times on this forums, do a search.
Said that, you can however, charge people for the service you provide, so you dont lose out.

I'm led to believe that there are programs that can add CSS for you, but I'm pretty sure you're looking at a pressing machine (as opposed to a burner) and some quite hefty royalty charges to set it up.
... and then there's the fact that it's effectively useless. If in doubt, Google it. -
Ok, thanks for the response. I do charge people for the service. But charge extra for each copy, hence the reason I want to prevent people from copying it themselves. But ahh well...
