  1. Anyone have any suggestons as to which is best for white inkjet printable dvd, and does it matter -r or +r? thanks!

    Neither of this is "best". But they're both quite decent. Best is Taiyo Yuden, Maxell, MCC.

    As far as the inkjet surface, I have to defer to others. But I can say Prodisc printable surface is nice, while Ritek is a bit "rough".

    Why are you apparently limiting yourself to those two, especially considering there are better choices out there?

    In other words, why aren't you asking the question "Which is the best white inkjet printable DVD+R?"

    BTW, the answer to that question is, IMHO, 16X Verbatim MCC/Taiyo-Yuden DVD+R.

  5. Based on my personal experience with these two budget brands, I would choose Ritek over Prodisc.

  6. IMO, I used Prodisc Printable (cheaper than Ritek) and I already used 250 discs with 4 bad.
    Before, I used Ritek (not printable).
