I have been using the free trial of Sonic MyDVD, and it looks really good except that it is very interlaced (I see a lot of lines when there are different cuts) Is there any plug-ins for MyDVD that will deinterlace it? I could deinterlace it with another program first, but I'd rather do it all in one program to save time....

You may have it backwards. You want it interlaced not the other way around. If the edges of objects look like a comb that is de-nterlaced. Each field is separate. Your TV will interlace it so you will not see that. The PC does not unless you are viewing through a player SW that will.

If your source is interlaced then you will be better served keeping it interlaced and letting your playback hardware take care of it for you. Your HD TV will still give you much better quality images from your interlaced footage than you will get if you butcher it on your PC trying to remove the interlacing.
