    be careful with this method in the 'dvd rip' section : DVD Backup without having 8GB free, I could make a rip f a dvd but now my dvd rom won't play dvd's nly cdrom + cd audio...can someone tell me how can i fix the problem?
    for ripping the dvd i used 'dvdx1.6+tmpgenc'
    i have a memorex dvdmaxx1648,please help me to fix that problem pleeeeease

    you mean that you never ripped your DVD to your hard drive first?????????

    i did exactly what the faq said using an 'my_movie.avs' file and rip directly from the dvd player
