I have compiled a DVD with DVD-Lab pro, its 16:9 NTSC 720x480. But when i burn it with nero, my TV plays it as full screen like 4:3 and lots can't fit in screen so gets cut out, i cant even see the subtitles at the bottom cuz it doesn't fit in screen?
The original AVI framesize was 640x360 before converting to MPEG2
can you tell me whats going on?

did it say 16:9 in dvd-lab pro when you imported it?
you could try change the authored dvd to 16:9 with IfoAR2WS.
and the subs could be outside the tv overscan, https://www.videohelp.com/glossary?O#Overscan -
yes its 16:9 in DVD - lab, and i checked the new GSPOT and DVD patcher to check the file contents of the made DVD. and it also shows up as 16:9, now im converting avi2mpeg2 again with TMPGenc with the settings changed from 'Advanced Tab - Video arrange method Full screen To Centre (aspect ratio)' hoping for some good result.
