Hi all!
Not sure where to post this. I recorded some stuff to DVD this evening, and when watching it back on my pc, the picture was quite narrow, maybe 4.3 ? but the other stuff seemed ok.
Does anyone know why that happened ?
Do I need to select the type of video size on the DVD recorder ? It's set at 4.3, but other options are 4.3 pan and scan, and the other is 16.9
I'm confused to which one I should select.
Thanks in advance.

A lot of DVD Recorders don't actually write the 16:9 flag into the video, so other devices may play the video back as 4:3 simply because they don't know it isn't.
DVD Patcher should be able to change a DVD structure (and video ?). Just copy the video_TS folder to your PC, run DVD Patcher over it, then burn a new version.Read my blog here.
