pss file(playstation 2 with surround

Hey I got a little prob
I used pss plex to demux a pss file (playstation 2 movie) with surround sound
and I want to make an avi with ac3 surround
but the sound file is a SUB file I renamed it to ac3 and I can play it with powerdvd
but when I remux it to a dvd or add the sound to an avi file I don't hear the sound anymore
I can't even repair the ac3 file with ac3fix or besweet I can only play it with powerdvd
does someone know a good way to reencode a pss file with surround sound
