I have a very short .mov file (about 2mb) that I wish to place on a DVD.

It's just a holiday clip from my digital camera. I want to make sure I can get it right before spending hours encoding and burning larger files.

The file plays fine in QT6.

I have used it as the source file and then selected output as DVD mencoder, AND DVD ffmpegx.

I then changed the frame rate to 25fps as I am in the UK.

When I encode I get two files, one file.mv2 and one file.ac3.

I understand these are the movie and audio files but I was under the impression I would get an output of a VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS (empty) folder that could then be burnt onto DVD with Toast 6 using DVD-UDF data option.

What if anything am I doing wrong?

    Many thanks.

  2. Normally the VIDEO_TS is created afterwards, unless an error interrupts the process. If your progress window reads "Finished" then check the output messages by clicking the blue "i" button. Make sure your output path has no spaces or spaces characters. If the progress window does not read "Finished" then the process is not finished.

  4. Here you should enable "Invert mapping" in the audio tab.
