  1. well, i finally did it. it wasn't as hard as i thought it was going to be. My vids are Mpeg1,480x480,1650bitrate. the quality is not as bad as i thought. the picture was actually quite clear and not alot of noise blocks. only thing is the video plays in slow motion and kinda like if you took a vid at 29fps and encoded it to 15fps. kind of a choppy look. now i've tried to reduce the bitrate, from what i understand the lower bitrate will increase the playback framerate. i dropped it down to 1150 and i couldn't tell the difference but it is suggested to lower it down to 850. that i will do next. but, when i dropped it down to 1150 the picture was alot darker. still not alot of noise just darker. is this something i should live with if i want the vid framerate to increase or can this be improved. if not then i might just stick with the slower motion but better colors and less noise blocks......
