I have a film with chinese subtitles (idx/sub) and I can't find any English subtitles for it. I'd like to convert the Chinese sub file to English.
I though I'd convert the sub file to srt then find some sort of language translator. However, vobsub requires each chinese character to be entered from the keyboard. Are there any alternatives?

If you really cant find an english version of the subs, you may be able to translate eadch individual subtitle and do it that way...
(but amn that would take ages!!)
(PS. I dont know if this is possible or not, but have you thought of looking for an english audio track? if such exists?) -
Thanks for your suggestions. I've tried all the subtitles links and still no use. I think I'll take classes in Chinese.
