  1. This would be my first time printing a label on a dvd printable disc. I have a TYG02 hub printable. My question is, how do you center the background picture which I downloaded to the disc? I understand the measurement of my hub printable is 23/119mm. I'm using Epson R200. Thanks.

To be honest, the majority of the time this has not even been a concern, if the graphic is properly sized in the first place. In fact, the software always seems to "center" any graphic as soon as it is imported, automatically. When the size is incorrect, I sometimes have had to do some "dragging" to get it to re-size, so it properly "fills the disc". I do not recall every having any issues with "centering" though.

In the Epson CD / DVD printing software, I merely choose to "Import" and "picture." I select the graphic, and it drops it into place (it always looks dead center). If it is not, then I suspect the original was not cropped evenly. I always prepare my graphics before this step, though, and if any cropping is needed, I do that in another program, prior to all of this.

Once the picture is in the CD/DVD printing program, if it LOOKS off, you can select the graphic, and then drag the "black boxes" to re-size. You can also zoom the view so it is very, very large, so you can fine tune this until it looks perfect to you eyes.

Hope this helps... You can easily experiment with this right now, without actually printing onto the DVD. Why not open up that Epson software and import a "label" or two, and play with it awhile?

When you select "Backgound Image" it automatically centers and sizes the picture accordingly, but it might not be centered where you want it to be. If you click on the background tool on the left, it will open a dialog window. Click on the Image Adjustment button and go to the Template tab. There you can resize/move the picture to have it centered where you want.
