Capture Cards

Hi,

If you would buy a good capture card (near dvd quality or something) for a low price, what would you buy?
I still have my pinnacle pctv rave, but I think I will buy a new one in the future...
I first was thinking of this card because it is also compatible with windows media center:

Does any of you guys have some good suggestions for a good quality card from +/- €70?? Or is that not enough for a good quality card?
