Did you see any of these films during their original theatrical release:

    "Vertical Limit"
    "A Knight's Tale"
    "The Animal"
    "Hollow Man"
    "The Patriot"

Movie critic, David Manning, saw them. And, he loved each and every one of those films in spite of what other critics may have said. And based on his recommendations, a lot of other people went and saw them, too. There's only one problem in all this. Manning doesn't exist.

Yup, two execs recently fired from Sony Pictures "invented" Manning to prop up their films to the moviegoer. And now, persons who saw these films during their original theatrical release (and read Manning's reviews of them) will reap a $1.5 million settlement in a class-action lawsuit against Sony for the fakery.

If you read any of those reviews, you might want to hunt down the lawyer in this case to get your piece of the pie.

Those films were actually entertaining. Now, if he had reviewed Battlefield Earth, Pearl Harbor, Hulk, A Beautiful Mind, Van Helsing, or The Alamo, I would join in.
