  1. Some of the threads about PAL->NTSC conversion (like this one) recommend using TmpGEnc to encode to 720x480, 25 fps, NTSC. How do you do that? I cannot figure it out.

    Page 1 of the TmpGEnc wizard allows me to specify the output format, but none have that option. I can select the PAL output format, but then they all have the PAL screen dimensions. I can select the NTSC output format, but then they all have the NTSC frame rate. I can't see how to convert to 720x480 with 25fps.

    I'm sure I'm missing something simple. Thanks for any help.

  3. Yes! That's it. I knew it had to be something simple. Thanks.

    I kept trying to process the file with the wizard. If I enter the file with the wizard, then I can't change the resolution in the Settings dialog. But if I bypass the wizard, then I can set the resolutions.
