what dvd recored has these features in USA ? urgent plea

in australia we have this great unit
sony player is a RDRGX7, has 3 levels of luminance noise reduction,chroma noise reduction,block noise reduction,digital video enhancer,and pb video equalizer for adjusting contrast,brightness,colourandhue and a audio filter

so in any make what have you that has all these and more ?

I think they sell this player in the US. Or is it that you *DON'T* want this brand, but want some other brand that has the same controls? Try Googling it, or look in the DVD Players listing of this website, although I don't think that the types of controls you listed are mentioned in the DVD Players list.

I want any equivalent models with these features or more an any recorder that is NTSC the model I quoted is PAL

tried Sony but all they can say is not showcased in there web site

Try the new 900 from Sony. I think it has those built in. Try accessing the USA or Canadian websites and get the manual to make sure. Many of these functions are available on playback only but even expensive recorders make poor playback units. You're better to get a good player. If the functions are in the record section you have to be careful how you use them as you can make the picture worse by fiddling around with the controls. I have mine set one way only on my Panasonic and I don't touch them.
