I need help with figuring out the start frames and end frames. I have a 153 minute movie and need to burn it to two 800mb cd-rs in vcd format. how do I figure out what will be my start and ending frames. I know I have to do this a second time to create two vcds for the complete movie that I want to burn. I've seen a formula here but I can't find it again help

Well, i'm not familiar with any formula, but look at it this way, where you have the frames at the top, you also have the time, so when you move the location bar, the frames and time are both being updated.
VCD Standard = 10mb for 1min, therefor, your movie is 154min, if you split it by half it would be 77min per movie, perfect for 2 80min CD's, you even got 3min to play around with, now, when you scrool to that 77min location, I suggest you look for what i call a transition scene, usually a scene where teh Audio is at 0 and the scene changes in one frame, so you end the first part with one frame and start the other part with the next frame.
