help dvd author

I have already asked this ?, but never got a answer to the problem so here go`s again why do it takes ages to make menus using tmpgenc dvd author I have 2 movies which I put to-gether with dvdshrink now I am making menus with tmpgenc dvd author but its now only on 59% and has taken so far 1 Hour 26 mins isnt there a faster way as + using dvdshrink and dvd author its taken ages to do my 2 movies is there another quicker program to do this make menus for movies Im on win xp pro have a 2.200mhz 716mb ram

It takes me about 20-25 minutes, every time. Motion menus take a little longer. Then again, I do have a P4 3.0 w/ 1GB RAM

I'd suggest that there's something dodgy with either your install or your PC. Maybe your hard drive needs defragmenting ... maybe you should disable all unneeded services / CPU hogs ... depending on how your HDDs are set up, have your source on one HDD and output to the other ... maybe a fresh install of XP will speed everything up ...
