  1. I have a short (40 minute) VCD I made a year or two back but don't have the original video files. I thought I could just do a data copy of the VCD in order to creat a new copy for a friend, but it didn't work.
How can I make a copy of a VCD cd?

I would have thought that a CD Copy using CloneCD should work - if you used Nero, it wouldn't surprise me as straight copies occasionally seem to have issues. Wither way, you could just extract the MPEG file from the AVSEQ01.DAT file using VCDGear, then re-author as VCD.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  4. Thanks guys, yes I used Nero. And I'm not sure how to save as iso, how (or with what software) can I do that?
    Thanks, Bernie.

You could always try choosing the image recorder in Nero (instead of choosing your CD burner), which would then make a .nrg Image file on your computer. Then burn this image.
    If in doubt, Google it.
