I have lurked on this site for a long time and have found a lot of useful information, so I wish to give a little something back. I just wanted to let everyone know to beware of dealing with supermediastore. I have ordered a lot from them and things were fine until I ran across some defective discs and tried to get them replaced. I got an RMA, no problem but got no communication from them after that. Two weeks went by and I finally received replacement discs, or so I thought. They had sent back the same discs I had sent them. They are clearly defective (scratches) and now have, as an added bonus, fingerprints on them! I attempted to contact customer service through email and received no response after a week. I then sent the same email to three more addresses on their website and finally someone contacted me. I was finally offered a refund if I shipped the discs back again. It was only 21 discs and shipping them back again would push the cost to more than they're worth. It is not having to eat the cost of the discs that bothers me, it is the poor customer service. My advice is to try another vendor, such as rima. Just my 2 cents.

That happened to me once, I sent the defective DVD's back to them and told them in an email that I had marked on the tops Bad. So they could easily identify the Bad ones.

Maybe I'm one of few, but Supermediastore has *always* been great to me. In the last year, I've made easily over 100 orders with them, and while the product hasnt always been flawless, any time I've had a problem with discs, or anything else purchased there, I've found their CS to be friendly, and fast.
Maybe I'm just lucky.:star: :star: :star: :star:

Same here. I used them almost exclusively for about 18 months before I started to take advantage of local sales in smaller quantities. No complaints, and most people have had the same good experiences.
If you had an issue, I would see WHO at the company caused the errors and report them to a supervisor.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

The RMA process went smoothly enough although I did not like the lack of communication. And I don't agree with having to pay shipping for defective discs, although I did know that was their policy when I ordered and decided it was worth it for the relatively low prices. What is unacceptable was how long it took me to get a response from someone about my problem. I will say that once Louis in customer service contacted me that responses were quick and I do believe that he tried to help me as best he could. Still, it pisses me off is that they wanted me to ship the discs again at my expense.
