    Hi Everyone,

I've got a bunch of video files that I have decided NOT to convert to DVD format. I would like to burn these straight to a DVD and play them either on a PC or a player that understands divx/XVid.

I am just wondering if this is a straight forward burn using Nero, as I would with any file, or do I need to make som special consideration before the burn??

    TIA....

Yeah, just burn as a regular data file.
If playing through your PC you only need to burn onto DVD to free up space on your HDD. Not sure if this is something specific to my standalone or a universal thing but I get better results by burning to DVD-R/W rather than cd-r. (On cd-r's I get some audio sync problems with XviD's)
