  1. I havent used FFMPEGx since version K and now that I need to recodec something I am running into some problems.

First of all when I check/locate the mpeg2enc file, after I click install, it shows that its uncheck when I go to ABOUT FFMPEGx

I demuxed a VOB file and am trying to convert the .m2v and .ac3 into a h.264 format so I can show some students part of a movie...

so I put the .m2v file into the OPEN path, I go to audio and choose "ADD Audio" and pick the file(which will get converted to MP3 to keep the file size down, since it will have to be downloaded)

after I choose the preset H264 I click ENCODE and it just dings "FINISHED" right away. So i check the details(like i usually do) and NOTHING appears in the terminal window.

I am curious to know why. Is it because this version on my laptop and this is the first time I installed it on this computer? When I did register it was for the POWERPC. Or is it NOT encoding because of the mpeg2enc program missing. I am tried to find it but all I can find is the source code.(mpeg2enc.h or mpeg2enc.c) but since I used to windows(i know i know) I dont know which(if any) source file you need....

please help and resend me any registration info I need to scottz{at}wi.rr.com

    Thank you advance....

Also on my POWER PC i get an installation error. If you check versiontrackers latest comments I posted it in there last night. Thanks for making an awesome program and for the support you can offer.

  2. I just answered you by email.

  3. unfortunately i left my computer/email on @ home and it picked it up before I had a chance to. Is it possible that you could please forward it to szupek{at}curative.org? Thanks

P.S. The reasons I do {at} instead of @ ijs because sniffer programs search google and other serach engines for peoples email adress that fit a certain criteria...such as spammerssuck@email.com
    Thanks
    ScottZ
