    I don't own an 05, but I've been entirely satisfied with my 04: I've upgraded it through flashing (with thanks to Guitarman), and I'm accustomed to it.

    I understand the price is particularly attractive and would buy one if I needed one.

    I record using +RW disks and edit (chop superflous beginings and endings) in DVDShrink.
