Where does the muxer rate come into picture in the conversion of an avi file into mpg format? When I capture video with VideoDub and convert it to mpg format with Tsunami encoder, it is accepted without any difficulty by CeQuadrat's WinOnCD for inclusion in a VCD. But if I use the same Tsunami encoder to join two mpg files, WinOnCD gives me an error message saying the Muxer rate is invalid (say 118. What if 1188? How much is it with an un-joined mpg file. What is the multiplexing between? One mpg file and the other? How can one join two files with Tsunami with a mux rate valid for using in the creation of a VCD?
