    guys my printer is not recognise the ink some reason i'm using EPSON R 300 i bought new ink yestarday and steal same this the ink i bought.
    OT 481- 2 -3 -4- 5 till OT 486.any help appreciated

    Your best bet is to go to the Epson site for your country and use the online support feature.

    You will be connected to a "technician" and they will talk you through your problem and hopefully give you a solution.

    I've used them a few time in the past and found them very helpful.

    many thanks guys i solved the problem i think wos it epson ink a 3rd party i bought the original ink 59 pound and it worked
