I Want to Delete some scens from my dvd Movie,
there is sum 1 tell me what have to i do ?? what software i use? plz Guide me

If you are talking about removing items such as FBI warnings, Language menu, etc. then VOB Blanker is the tool for you. If you are talking about removing small scenes from the actual movie then it will be more elaborate task. You may have to convert the DVD to AVI, edit the AVI and re-encode it back. This is not worth the effort.

For interest, what kind of scenes do you wish to remove?

You can use Parental Control on your DVD player.
