To to cut segments of audio and...

Hi there

i'm a dumb person when it comes to computer so please bear with me but...

I've searched and read different topics but didn't see (or maybe my eyes got tired) any post on how to cut certain segments of an audio and take the cutted segments and make it into 1 audio.

i know how to extract the audio but get stuck when it comes to cutting certain segment of that audio and making it into 1 audio

is there a program that allows you to do that??

and also which program will allow me to put audio 1 to the left side and audio 2 to the right side on a video?

You need an audio editor. You might try Audacity. It's freeware. There are other better editors, but it's a good place to start. If you look to the left in 'Tools' you can find others.
