hello
untill now i was using Canopus Procoder 2.0 to encode my XVIDs to SVCD and burn them with nero
it is a really nice prog that adds subtitles automaticly if u have VobSub but when i got the need to change audio bitrate thats when i realized than u cant in the canopus procoder 2
so i've tried MainConcept Encoder and it is GREAT !!!! but now i cant encode with subtitles
how can i use MainConcept to encode and to add subtitles automaticly ?

What kind of XviD's? Because if I recall MainConcept inputs avi's by directshow by default. But it doesn't seem to be able to read other files (mp4, mkv, ogm, etc.) via dshow for some reason.
Could be that like TMPGEnc, directvobsub doesn't play well together. If so then I would suggest using ffdshow instead.
Main concept also accepts AVISynth scripts as input so you could also go the frameserving route.
Another option would be to encode the audio seperatly from Canopus.

No encoder does subtitles. Obviously, the AVI takes another route (not passing VobSub) when you encode with MainConcept. Change the priority of the codecs used by MainConcept.
