Simple AVI converter from analog source

Is there any tv tuner which simply convert the analog input video into 720x576 AVI format and is also WinDV compatible. Same as my HC-40 does, but I dont want to use my Camcorder for converting the VHS to AVI.

Now if want a cheap gadget that would do this just get a Belkin USB 2.0 video converter.

This will hook up from VCR to ur pc..and give u an AVI file, when u capture.

Simple, easy, no complications.

If u have "plug ins" Store in Saudi, u will find it there..if not, check any decent computer store and ask for USB 2 video converter.
