  2. looks like either frame 6633 or your Divx codec is corrupted. Scan for bad frames.

  3. ended up using SonicFoundry's StreamAnywhere 1.0c to encode it all to high bitrate (3Megabit) .asf file (which is the only which wouldn't crash on conversion... (tmpgenc, vdub, vdubmod, premiere all crashed) and now gonna stick that into TMPGENC.
