Ave,
I have an MPEG file which in GSpot shows up as 30 fps and DIV3 codec. GSpot also is telling me that i do have that codec installed... and i'm sure i do too. However, it won't open in TMPGEnc Xpress for encoding. When i try and open it, it gives me the error:
"The video part could not be opened, only the Audio part can be opened"
Anyone got any ideas what to do?
Also, in case it does open with TMPGEnc Xpress someway.. for encoding it for DVD, do i choose NTSC or PAL? Or will i have to do conversions to make it NTSC?
Thanks,
Mickey
