  1. I have encoded 2 films so far using svcd2dvd,both films had 2 parts each,the first stopped exactly at the joining of the files,so i ticked the merge button(it said to do if the film stopped)but the next film done exactly the same I have used RC8 and RC9,I have another dvd player but it was the same.Whats wrong

    Are the aparts of the films in the same VTS? How does it play on the PC? Can you post your log?

  4. I am using mpeg2 Pal files,does not play in pc stops exactly where the files join.Sorry i am new to this ,what log are we talking about.

    in program files\logs there will be a log for the run you are referring to.

    Either post it or email it please.

    Well you have each asset in a different TitleSet. If they are part of the same film they should be in the same TitleSet.

    If you used QuickDVD then 2 TitleSets will be setup as your files are in different folders....

    Solution: Either setup the single titleset manually with the two mpgs or put the mpgs in the same folder & use QuickDVD.

    Hint: Now that the files have been processed you can use the _S2D.mpg files instead - SVCD2DVD will not need to reprocess them.

  8. It still is not working,i put the mpegs in the same folder and it still stopped at the join,how do i setup the titleset manually,thanx

    ok. WEll again the auto VTS is creating 2 title sets as the basenames are different. Here is an explination of how auto vts works: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1235035#1235035

    To do it manually: just drag the assets on to the vts layout
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
