    I made a ISO with the guide wich was about 8.3 GiGs.

    Now I want to burn on a DVD +R DL, but dvd decryptor wont read media.

    My drive is also a DL burner so I know its not hardware.

    Please help.

    Do you have the latest DVDDecrypter?
    How did you create the ISO?

    Yes. you need version 3.5.4.

    You create an iso through Mode, right next to View. Just select ISO read, then when thats complete select ISO write, and select the image you created.

    Do I delete the old version of dvd decryptor then install the new version or just over write old version?

    Because all i did was over write.

    I would expect that you need to uninstall/install so that it will rescan for drives. It should then properly recognize your drive.
