    Hello,

    As many others, I'm trying to get past the copy protection to backup my Disney Movies to DVD from VHS and I want to do this by copying the VHS straight to the DVD-R. Does anyone know how to Hack the Toshiba RD-KX50 or get past Microvision?

    I purchased the Dimax Grex a few days ago even though neither my VHS nor my DVD/HDD recorder is on the approved list. I live dangerously, I know but we have a ton of these old movies and I think its BS that we should have to go and buy a second copy with a few extra scenes which will never get watched. I mean, I've already paid for the move once.

    Over the last few weeks, I've looked at several products to get past Microvision and the Grex seems to be the safest bet but just in case. Does anyone know how to accomplish what I'm trying to do if the GREX doesn't work?
