  2. I believe the Mediatek chipset based players (e.g., I have a Zensonic 330) support both Q-Pel and GMC.

  4. Yes.

There is some limitation with GMC, however (2 warp points or something like that).

  5. o, still the problem, but that is a much better reslut.

where did you get it? from internet shopping?

by the way, dose it support dvd-DL?(8GB)

  6. Yes, I did get it off the internet.

I feel that Zensonic may be an Australian brand, however.

Other distributors may OEM the same player, however. In any case, I believe that DivX/DVD players based on MediaTek chipsets should support both GMC and Q-Pel (and less than 2 consecutive B-frames).

As for DL-media... I can't say. I haven't tried. However, it does read my CD-R/-RW, DVD-R/+R discs perfectly.

  7. it seems like i couldn't get a good player from where i live. Australia is a real good place and produce goods.

maybe after several months, there will have a lot of new divx player with new functions, i'd better keep money right now.

all in all, thank you so much for your explanation.
