    hi- i am converting my (s)vcds to dvd- using tempenq dvd author and svcd2dvdmpg , but when i author sometimes the gop f/p/s or size are not correct for a standard dvd-caused them to be out of sync,slow video etc-are there any simple tools to rencode them??

    tmpgenc xpress. or an all-in-crap-one tool, click on the tools list and select all-in-one dvd tool.
