My bose 3.2.1 Surround system and tech support

Well this is what i wrote bose tech support below

" i just bought a bose 3.2.1 system. I wrote asking a question not to long ago
about the bose compatiblity with vcd's. You wrote me back saying that you
didnt support it. Well i found out that in a way it does. I put one in the
system and the sound started playin with no picture, so i push settings to
see if there was a setting that is in the dvd setup that i could see the
picture. When i push the settings button for the on screen controls what do
i see behind the menu but the movie playing, but when i click settings again
then the controls on the screen and the movie goes away.... So i no that
there is must be a way to put it on the regular screen where i can see the
movie without pushing settings. "

AND THIS IS WHAT THEY WROTE ME BACK :::

" The 321 system will play VCD's like you describe, but they will not play the
movie without the settings menu turned on. "

Now b4 when i wrote them they said their systems didnt support vcd's at all but now that i find out that they do (IN A WAY) it was like he had no real answer...... WHO DO I HAVE TO TALK TO ABOUT A HACK FOR THIS BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE IT SHOULD BE EASY TO CRACK........ AND ITS A GOOD SURROUND SYSTEM.......

can anyone help with this one....... like i said the hack should be easy for vcd on it because it plays when u look at the menu

don't ever buy anything from Bose again.

especially not sound systems.

As you have found out, they care not about their customers.

thats cool but i have already bought it..... and i know a hack cant be that har to do for it..... i just wanted to know if theres one out here or who do i ask about making one
