  1. yeah, i have a still image shot (which I made by cutting and pasting one frame like 30 times.) <---that's probably why. is there a different way to create a still image w/out having it show up as "moving" back and forth? IT's a slight gittering, but it's still annoying; plus it doesn't show up as gittery in premiere. the still image affect in premiere?

    is this a premiere issue, or transfer issue?

    Instead of pasting in 30 individual images, import just 1 frame into the Premiere timeline and adjust its length on the timeline to 1 sec (or however long you want).

    Pro still cap software will capture several frames to a timecode ref and interpolate an interlaced or deinterlaced still without field flicker.

    For a single frame cap, I find the Photoshop's video deinterlace filter works good enough for 480i and 480p.
