Have Plextor 716a,been able to burn on anything until I bought a 50 pk. of HP DVD+rs that were on sale,half were coasters,It had CMC dvd code![]()

plextor drives don't like them CMC discs. they're not on the recommended brand plextor supports.

i just bougth three 50 packs from office max the other day on sale for $17..
i burnt about 20 of them so far with my rosewill dvd burner and ILO dvd recorder without problems..
media code is also CMC..
theyre OK disks if you have the right hardware.. i usually buy only fuji's or riteks but my prepaid card had no money so buying online was not an option so i was lucky with the HP DVD+R's i bought.. -
I've burned about 350 HP discs, not a coaster yet. They burn great in both my NEC burners and my Benq burner.

Burned about 150 cmc with only one semi bad burn.
I think,therefore i am a hamster.
