mpeg2schnitt problem with monitor switching

hi there all - wondered if anyone using this program mpeg2schnitt (cutting the commercials out after demultiplexing in ProjectX) and if so do you get the same problem of the monitor phisicaly switching everytime you load a movie or delte one from the program (or at least it seams so - going black for a second with a 'switching' sound - like it is switching between resoultions)

I am using the exactly the same combination. (works great!)
I do not notice the "monitor switching" here. Maybe it has something todo with the initializing of the mpeg2 decoder software the mpeg2schnitt uses?
