theoretically, it is possible to switch the subtitle stream with "Alt O" (or via an popup menu).

This does not work, i. e. it has no effect at all. I have tested it (32 bit version for Win XP, 64 bit version for Win 7) on the following systems:

    • Windows XP SP 2, 2x 3,17 GHz CPU, 2 GB RAM, Gainward GT520 SilentFX 1024 MB
    • Windows 7 64 bit SP 1, Intel Core i7 2630QM (2,0 GHz), 8 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GT540M 1024 MB
To solve the problem, I have tried the following:

    1. Preferences --> Audio --> Crystality / Noise Reduction. In the Preferred lang.-box I have deleted "eng English" and I have filled in "field:". - (I have also changed the entry in the preferences for the subtitles, similarly.)
    2. I have replaced the default splitter with the LAV splitter following the nice manual on: http://imouto.my/configuring-potplayer-for-gpu-accelerated-video-playback-with-dxva-or...mment-page-22/

Neither 1. nor 2. solves the problem. Are there any ideas ?

I had the problem of switching between audio streams in PotPlayer with dual-audio files. So, I searched the internet, unable to find an answer.
Playing around with it, I stumbled upon the answer. It's not the most orthodox, but, it works!
Right-click->Skins->kmp_en.dsf This will change the skin of the player. (If you've used KMPlayer, you'll know where I'm going with this) In the bottom-left, there should be a button with tells you what video and audio codec is being used. Click on it, a small menu will appear. In it, the file format name with the word 'source' with an arrow pointing to the right. You should be able to change the audio and subtitles streams through there.

Sorry, if this seems a incoherent. This is sort of my first guide.
