I was wondering if there was a program that I could use to cut MPEG-1 files and save them without re-encoding.
I'm using TMPEG right now. Specifically the merge/cut tab under MPEG tools. But the viewable screen is so small, and the seek bar is small as well, and I feel so rudamentary. Is there a more polished and feature rich program that will do this as well?
