  3. That is for the courts to decide. I hope it is a fair trial - these accusations are very serious. I feel that the media may be having a good, profitable time at his expense.

I will wait until the verdict until I form a solid opinion.

Even though Macaulay Culkin has denied any wrong doing on Jacksons part ?

Tuesday March 29: 1158 local time (2058 BST)
Today's newspaper headlines did not make pleasant reading for Michael Jackson.

The tone varied according to the publication, but the message was the same: Jacko's Past Goes On Trial, Judge Allows Other Jackson Abuse Claims and Inside Jacko's Closet. But it is far from "game over" for the singer.

It is premature to describe the ruling as a mortal blow for Michael Jackson - even though that has been the tone of most reports. Closer analysis of the Jackson Five - the five boys the prosecution believe were in some way abused by the singer - suggests their credibility may be a problem.

We understand that only one of them is prepared to come to the court as a prosecution witness and tell the jurors his story. Macaulay Culkin, one of the five, may appear for the defence. The actor, now 24, has always maintained that nothing inappropriate happened between himself and the pop star.

Most of the jurors look like the kind people who probably enjoyed the former child star's performance in Home Alone - and on the evidence of the last few days, they tend to perk up a bit when there's a celebrity on the witness stand.

The comedian George Lopez was here on Monday. A convincing courtroom performance by Culkin may help persuade the jury that Michael Jackson is nothing more than a kid at heart himself.

    Looks like you're right.

I fail to see how this is a blow (pun intended) for MJ.

  7. Honestly, I dont know if MJ did it or not. I think he, just like most people, are capable of it, but that doesnt mean he did it. Even when the verdict comes down to guilty; with the justice system as it is, that doesnt mean he did it (ie. OJ, Tyson). At any rate, the guy is a freak show and I think thats why people are "picking" on him. He is different and he has an assload of money and people want a pice of the pie. If thats the case, I think its shameful.

I read a report the other day and MJ's defense lawyer said something akin to "its a race thing." AS FUC*ING IF anyone is threatened by Michael Jacksons skin color, white or black. Please. From my vantage point, I really do think people are going after him because he is different and he has money. No other reason.

Like I said, I dont know if he did it, nor do I care. By that I mean, Im not losing sleep over it. If he did do it, he should fry on the chair (btw, I DO NOT generally advocate the death penalty, BUT for sexual crimes against children, I do. I have a one year old son and if I found out someone did that to him, it would never make it to the courts ... except for my murder charge, but I digress). If he didnt do it, then these people should be ashamed of themselves.

    End rant ...

I heard he was broke too, but then we probably will never hear the real story about him.

  12. Sorry, but Culkin has always been one of Jackson's staunchest supporters. Don't see any trouble for Jackson here. Even if Culkin did say something did happen, the defense would just bring up all the times he said nothing inappropiate happened. I still say Jackson's winning big, so far.

    I disagree.
The jury knows that Culkin is Jackson's friend....and will say anything to help him.
People have to take whatever Culkin says with a real "grain of salt".
Besides...Culkin wouldn't know what happened for sure anyway, unless he was in bed also.

    Jackson will probably get off.
MONEY does wonders for a person...especially in the U.S.
I think Culkin is totally irrevelant in this case.

  14. Money didn't do Martha Stewart much good, except keep her out of the "big doll haouse", and put her in the "little rich girl's doll house". Of Jackson wil get off, the plaintiff is a money-grubbing con artist.

  15. Corey Feldman initially said that Michael Jackson had not been "improper" with him back when he was a child actor. After reflecting on past events from the perspective of an adult, Feldman said, "I started looking at each piece of information, and with that came this sickening realization that there have been many occurrences in my life and in my relationship to Michael that have created a question of doubt."

  16. A question of doubt? Okay, get a rope. We'll show this rock star what a horrible and unforgiveable crime it is to put a question of doubt in someone's mind. And after we string him up, we'll just leave him dangling there as a reminder towards anyoe who would dare put a question of doubt in someone else's mind. I'm being sarcastic here, guys, okay?
