the "funny" thing is that immediately after hearing that farrah fawcett had died i wondered who the 3rd celebrity to die would be (i'm sure you guys know about the "old wive's tale" of people dying in threes).

i for one, though i didn't know ed mcmahon, farrah or michael, am extremely saddened to hear of their passing.

may they rest in peace.

We are very sad here in Brazil - where both Michael Jackson and Farrah have millions of fans - as we heard the breaking news back at 7:00 pm, Brasília local time. I would like to express my deep sorrow at their unexpected passing (although we already knew Farrah was fighting against a cancer), extending my wishes of condolences to all of their fans in the U.S and throughout the world.
